I have openly declared that Baguio City is my second home. This is where I took my degree, spent two years of work, where we some of the important life events, gathering for reunions with friends and schoolmates, family outings, and where I sometimes go on official business.

Finding a place in Baguio can be quite a challenge, and I just found out that the Azalea Residences in Baguio is just perfect. Not only does it offer comfort but also the warmth and hospitality of Baguio City that I have known all these years.



The architectural design blends well with Baguio architecture. One can always find relaxation and comfort in its well-appointed rooms--the crisp linens and comforters, fluffy pillows, clean toilet and bath (and you will never worry when you forgot to bring your personal things).

With the cold weather in Baguio, there is a tendency--no matter how often you clean--that the rooms would be musty, but not in Azalea Residences. I guess the proper ventilation of the building (It has an air well in the middle of the building) made it possible to get rid of the musty odor one can find even in plush hotels.










Azalea Residences offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations that is complete with modern amenities--big flat TV in each room including the living area, convection stove and oven, refrigerator, and complete set of kitchen utensils, and of course, a free WiFi for the guests who always want to get in touch with the world.

The 2 and 3 bedroom units have a pantry where you can prepare a surprise breakfast for your special someone, your ever-hungry kids, or even prepare midnight snacks with your officemates and friends while watching a movie at the LCD television at the comfort of the sofa in the living room or right on your bed.  If you do not have time to cook for you, you can ask for a chef service who will do everything at your command (of course for a price).





With all these amenities and comfort, what is comforting during my stay in Azalea Residences, together with other bloggers, is the excellent customer service. In the years that I have been hopping from one hotel to another around the country--from standard to five-star hotels--, I always look for excellent customer service and courteous staff. In Azalea Residences, one can find good accommodations plus these.
