Staying in the comforts of Azalea Residences is already a delightful experience, but dining is another to rave about. Simply said, I enjoyed the food they served after being exhausted exploring the outskirts of Baguio City.
The problem with some hotel food is their bland taste, but not with Azalea's Tradisyon--a restaurant that serves Filipino food at its best.

We had the chance to mingle with the bashful Chef Marlon Paez, who was barely one month dishing out delicacies at Tradisyon. At 32 he has worked abroad, particularly in Bahrain, and has been a preparing good food since 2000. He specializes in European dishes. His coy demeanor, however, does not show in the fine food preparation and presentation. He has definitely captured that Filipino taste in an international fashion.
The food he served definitely filled our cravings and appetite!
I have nothing much to say except "yummy!"
